1 grapefruit peeled 

1 green apple

2 TBSP hemp seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1 TBSP monkfruit (or other sweetener)



  1. Chop the fruit and place in bowl.
  2. Sprinkle hemp seeds, cinnamon and sweetener of choice on top.
  3. Mix well and enjoy! serves 1.
