What I Wish Someone Would Have Told Me Sooner About Finding Myself
Every day we have a new opportunity to define ourselves. Every moment is a chance to rewrite the narrative. Allow me to reintroduce myself:
My name is Kate Flowers (she/her)
I’m a body-positive, plant-powered ballerina, a holistic self-love & mindfulness mentor, and a vegan cookbook author. I used to think that I had to pick just *one* thing and one thing only but the truth is, I’m not just one thing. I’m a multi-passionate artist and creator. I’m also a massive musical theater geek, an earth and animal lover, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, a deeply spiritual soul, an avid meditator of 10+ years, and a constantly evolving human.
And I continue to share online because:
I want to inspire you to whole-heartedly love yourself.
There can be no true transformations, upshifts, or “glow-ups” without that love and acceptance first. So if you’re still beating yourself up for not doing enough, or not feeling good enough or worthy enough or skinny enough, it’s okay…and I understand, but I want to help you through it. I want you to know and believe that you are MORE than a body, MORE than your to-do list, and MORE than a stressed out, emotional hot ass mess (but trust me, I know the feeling).
You are a bright, beautiful soul who exists here on purpose.
You deserve to be your own best friend and rise in love with your life.
I hope that through my content you start to feel that this is possible and tangible.
And if you don’t already have them here are links to some *free gifts* I’ve created for you:

I hope you have a beautiful day or night, and I’ll talk to you soon 💙
