Easy Vegan Turmeric Latte (Golden Milk) - Plus 5 benefits of drinking it!
Ingredients
✧ Two cups non-dairy unsweetened milk
✧ 1 tsp turmeric powder
✧ 1/2 tsp ginger powder
✧ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
✧ pinch of black pepper (helps the absorption of the turmeric)
✧ 2 tsp maple syrup (or some stevia drops)
✧ 2 TBSP raw cashews optional (Only suggest using this with a high-speed blender. If you have cashew butter use one TBSP instead of raw cashews)
Directions
✧ Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for at least 30 seconds on high.
✧Transfer to a pot on the stove then heat and serve! Do not bring to boil. Just stir and let it become very very warm like a latte!
✧ Drink right away & enjoy! Serves 2.
