Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

 Start your morning off right with this Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl.
Filled with fiber, antioxidants and omega 3's, this smoothie bowl will help you beat the heat while staying filled and nourished all morning. 
 
 
Ingredients: 
2 bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries 
3 strawberries (sliced for topping) 
1/4 cup almond milk 
2 TBSP hemp seeds
 
Directions: 
1. Using a high speed blender or food processor, blend bananas, blueberries, almond milk and 1 TBSP hemp seeds together until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved. 
2. Scoop into bowl.
3. Add sliced strawberries and 1 more TBSP hemp seeds on top. 
4. Serve and enjoy!

At the time she was in her early teens my met my mate2004she moved near me end of 2003-004-005 my final was 2005 but my father helped me so I had to move back home looking after aging parents I lost my mother 2007 and I lost my father three years now I kept in touch with my woman We were living in Ottawa at that time until I had to move back home and she moved back her home in London on
Every time I go visit my brother he lives in Cambridge but she had to move back home to her aging parents
We been together or known each other about twenty years
I am 63 she is 52
