Key Lime Pie Smoothie

My summer treat for you today is this Key Lime Pie smoothie recipe from Freedom Food 2.0

Ingredients:

2 very ripe frozen bananas

1 cup spinach

2 TBSP hemp seeds

1/2 cup gluten-free oats

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 TBSP lime juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Been until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve and enjoy
