My Favorite Green Juice

Hello Sunshines! ☀️ Hope your weekend has been lovely - I’m just here for your daily reminder to DRINK MORE GREEN JUICE 🌱🥒 (sample recipe below) Dark leafy greens contain massive amounts of micronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. 

I find the easiest and most absorbable way to get in those greens is through juicing. I can almost guarantee that if you drink one large glass of dense leafy green juice every day for a week you will FEEL the difference. Try it and let me know 😉 

Here is my favorite juicer!

Sample Green juice recipe

 (2 large servings)

1 bundle of red chard

1 large head of romaine

1 bundle of spinach

2 cucumbers

1 green apple

5 stalks of celery

1 or 2 lemons peeled

an inch or 2 of ginger

Optional: add some pineapple 🍍 if you’re a green juice newbie! It helps with the taste ☀️
