Goddess Dressing Ingredients
- 2 TBSP low sodium tahini
- 2 TBSP nutritional yeast
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP coconut aminos**
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 TBSP water
TIME: 5 mins
NUT + OIL FREE
- Combine all ingredients except water into a small jar or container.
- Stir into a thick paste.
- Slowly add water and continue to stir until creamy dressing consistency
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.* If stored, you may need to add
a bit more water and salt before serving.
*best if used within 5 days.
**optional replacement: 1 TBSP coconut aminos = 2 tsp low sodium tamari + 1 tsp agave.
