Broccoli Cheddar Soup

 Soup is for the Soul 

To be honest, when I first created this recipe I wasn't sure how it was going to come out. I wanted to create a soup that was creamy, cheesy, tasty AND not filled with ALL that sodium typical soups contain.
The cannelloni beans adds creaminess and protein while the nutritional yeast gives this soup all of that cheesy flavor while adding all the B vitamins to your meal!

  • This soup recipe is delightful! One might even say it’s “Souper!” It’s super easy to make, and it’s become one of my go-to recipes when I’m in a hurry. Because it’s made with beans, it’s also super filling. Overall, pretty much anything I"ve made from Kate’s recipes and e-books are amazing and I would highly recommend them!

  • I love the taste of this! It’s perfect! I appreciate that the base is bean too to increase the protein content. I skip the hemp seeds because they’re expensive and I’m a student. Remember that nutritional yeast does not automatically contain B12; it needs to be fortified. Thank you for the recipe!
