Easy Raw Vegan Chocolate Crepes

These easy raw vegan chocolate crepes are perfect for a summer morning.

Ingredients:

1 zucchini peeled & chopped
2 ripe bananas (spotty)
1 TBSP maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBSP chia seeds

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
2. Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop out the batter and gently pour onto a teflon sheet on your dehydrator tray. Should be about 1/4 in thick and circular-ish.
3. Dehydrate at 105 F overnight or for about 10-12 hours. You should be able to easily peel the crepes off the nonstick sheet. But if you let them over dehydrate they will be stuff/hard/too chewy.
Makes about 8 crepes! Enjoy!
Mine are stuff with strawberries, dehydrated banana, and cooler-whip sauce from my Sauce Queen ebook!
