Kate's Favorite Salad
This salad is simple yet incredibly filling and delicious. It's definitely my go-to dinner and can be easily altered to your liking! Feel free to add more veggies, sprouts and seeds to the salad to change it up a bit!
Ingredients:
Salad:
3 Cups chopped romaine
2 Cups spring mix
1 Cup chopped broccoli
1 Avocado
1 TBSP hemp seeds
Dressing:
2 TBSP raw tahini
2 TBSP nutritional yeast
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP coconut aminos
2 TBSP water
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Directions:

Chop and prepare all salad ingredients and place into a large bowl

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small jar or bowl and mix well until smooth and creamy.

Pour dressing onto salad and enjoy! (Serves 1.)
