Raw Vegan Brownies
Are you a brownie lover? Me too! These raw vegan brownies will definitely satisfy your chocolate craving. With only 4 ingredients these babies are raw, vegan, gluten-free, and made with no processed sugar. Not to mention quick, simple and delicious!
[The Banana Nice Cream ft. in the photo above is 3-4 frozen bananas blended in a high-speed blender or a food processor with 1 TBSP cacao powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, a dash of almond milk and an optional 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder]
Ingredients:
3/4 cup walnuts
12 pitted medjool date
1/2 cup carob powder (or half cacao and half carob)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt (optional)
Directions:
- In a food processor using the S blade, combine walnuts, cacao powder, dates and vanilla extract.
- Process on high for 1-2 min or until all ingredients are well mixed in a batter-like consistency.
- Press contents into a 5x9 pan and score into 12 brownie squares.
- Refrigerate for 30 min and enjoy!
