Raw Vegan Brownies

Are you a brownie lover? Me too! These raw vegan brownies will definitely satisfy your chocolate craving. With only 4 ingredients these babies are raw, vegan, gluten-free, and made with no processed sugar. Not to mention quick, simple and delicious!

 

Ingredients:

3/4 CUP WALNUTS

12 PITTED MEDJOOL DATES

1/2 CUP CACAO POWDER (OR CAROB)

1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

Directions:

-IN A FOOD PROCESSOR USING THE S BLADE COMBINE WALNUTS,

CACAO POWDER, DATES, AND VANILLA.

-PROCESS ON HIGH FOR 1-2 MINUTES OR UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS

ARE WELL COMBINED INTO “BATTER” CONSISTENCY.

-PRESS BATTER INTO A 5X9 PAN AND SCORE INTO 12 BROWNIE

SQUARES. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MIN + ENJOY!
