Easy Vegan Sweet Potato Mash Breakfast Bowl

This sweet potato mash bowl is SUCH a delicious Breakfast from our Freedom Food 2.0 cookbook!

Ingredients

๐Ÿ”…1 Sweet Potato
๐Ÿ”…1 Ripe Banana
๐Ÿ”…2 TBS Hemp Seeds (or sub granola)
๐Ÿ”…1 Tbs peanut butter (or sub almond)
๐Ÿ”…1/2tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

๐Ÿ”…Peel and cut sweet potatoes
๐Ÿ”…Steam for 15 minutes
๐Ÿ”…Mash cooked sweet potatoes and banana and mix with almond butter and cinnamon
๐Ÿ”…Top with hemp seeds or granola!
