Easy Vegan Sweet Potato Mash Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

1 Sweet Potato

1 Ripe Banana
π
2 TBS Hemp Seeds (or sub granola)

1 Tbs peanut butter (or sub almond)
π
1/2tsp Cinnamon
Directions:

Peel and cut sweet potatoes
π
Steam for 15 minutes
π
Mash cooked sweet potatoes and banana and mix with almond butter and cinnamon
π
Top with hemp seeds or granola!
