Easy Vegan Sweet Potato Mash Breakfast Bowl

This sweet potato mash bowl is SUCH a delicious Breakfast from our Freedom Food 2.0 cookbook!

Ingredients

πŸ”…1 Sweet Potato
πŸ”…1 Ripe Banana
πŸ”…2 TBS Hemp Seeds (or sub granola)
πŸ”…1 Tbs peanut butter (or sub almond)
πŸ”…1/2tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

πŸ”…Peel and cut sweet potatoes
πŸ”…Steam for 15 minutes
πŸ”…Mash cooked sweet potatoes and banana and mix with almond butter and cinnamon
πŸ”…Top with hemp seeds or granola!
